Nathaniel stared blankly at Callum.
He forced himself to recall, but nothing seemed to come up.
"What day is it?"
Callum was clearly annoyed.
He pouted and turned his face away, whining, "Daddy, you said a few days ago that this weekend I'd have a break from my math homework, and you'd take me to the amusement park for the day."
Nathaniel instantly remembered the matter.
With everything going on at the company, he had been so busy signing projects that he had indeed forgotten.
He reached out and ruffled Callum's hair. "I remember now. After breakfast, we'll head out."
Callum's mood was instantly lifted, and he cheered, "Yay! Daddy, hurry up and get ready! I'm so excited!"
With that, he jumped off the bed and ran out of Nathaniel's room, heading downstairs.
Nathaniel watched his small, adorable figure disappear and sighed silently.
Callum's carefree and playful nature bothered him, but since he had promised Callum, he did not say much.
He got out of bed and went to the bathroom to get ready.
An hour and a half later.
After breakfast, Nathaniel and Callum headed out for their adventure.
"Slow down, Callum. Save some energy for the amusement park," Mildred said with a beaming smile.
Then, she turned to Nathaniel, adding, "It's rare for you two to have a day out together. Treat it as a day off for yourself too. Don't think about work. Just enjoy."
Nathaniel nodded. "Got it."
He helped Callum into the back seat, fastened his seatbelt, and nodded to the driver.
Soon, the luxury car pulled away from the Nicholls residence.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
