Tiffany knew she had to win over Callum if she wanted to marry into the Nicholls family and save her own family from disaster.
Even though she was not thrilled about it, she still dressed up nicely and made her way to the kindergarten.
As she approached the entrance, she spotted Callum on the playground, chatting excitedly with a woman.
From where Tiffany stood, she could not see the woman's face, only her back, but it was clear that Callum was happy to be with her.
The two seemed close.
"Callum, good afternoon! I'm here to see you," she called out with a bright smile, knocking lightly on the iron gate of the kindergarten.
Callum and the woman immediately stopped their conversation.
Just then, Mavis' timer beeped—it had been exactly fifteen minutes, and she had to leave.
Mavis crouched down to Callum's level and whispered, "I'll be back soon, and next time, I'll bring you a gift."
Callum pouted and reluctantly released her, watching with a heavy heart as Mavis walked away.
As Mavis had to leave through the front entrance, she lowered her head and passed by Tiffany.
With her mask on, Tiffany could not see Mavis' face, even though she tried to get a good look.
Curious about the woman she had just seen with Callum, Tiffany asked, "Who was that? Is she Auntie Phoebe?"
Tiffany assumed it was Phoebe, who had been estranged from the Nicholls family for over twenty years and had only recently reconnected with them. However, Tiffany had never met her.
Callum huffed proudly. "I'm not telling you! But I'll tell you this—she's someone I'm really, really close to. And you? You'll never be my stepmom!"
Despite their recent clash, Tiffany acted like nothing had happened.
She was all smiles as she approached Callum and said sweetly, "Callum, I know I was out of line the other day. I said some things I shouldn't have, and I'm sorry. But I really do like you, and maybe we could start fresh and be friends?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
