A few minutes later, Tiffany was escorted into Nathaniel's office.
She wore a deep green, body-hugging short dress that showed off her long legs and striking figure. Her makeup was flawless, and her demeanor was composed.
It was obvious that she had put considerable effort into her appearance before coming.
"Nate, what's with the expression? What angered you? Was it Declan again?"
Nathaniel did not bother to hide his irritation and said, "If you're here to waste my time with meaningless chatter, get out."
"Alright, no need to be so mean. I did help you out a few days ago, didn't I? We were practically comrades in arms."
Nathaniel glared at her.
Tiffany raised her hands and relented. "Fine. Let's get down to business. Two weeks ago, I brought some gifts and visited Callum at the kindergarten. There, I ran into another woman. At first, I thought she was Phoebe, but Callum introduced her as his mom's sister. I had someone follow her for a couple of weeks and found something unbelievable. It's about that woman. Do you want to know?"
Nathaniel frowned, a little skeptical of Tiffany. "What's the price?"
Tiffany gracefully tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and said, "Simple. Marry me."
Nathaniel let out a cold, mocking laugh.
"Whatever you've found out, I can uncover just as easily. I don't need you for that. But marrying you? Not a chance."
"True, you'll figure it out eventually. But investigations take time, and I hear Callum's gone missing. What if he's been taken, and you're too late to get him back?"
Nathaniel's gaze hardened, the tension in the room thickening as he locked eyes with her.
…
Meanwhile, at Svelton Airport, Callum sat in the most secluded corner of the waiting area, his little legs swinging back and forth as he munched on a soft, buttery bun.
Callum took a big bite of his bun, his soft cheeks puffed up as he chewed.
His big blue eyes were bright and innocent, with a hint of childlike naivety.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
