Dylan rolled his eyes, still maintaining his sour expression. "That's none of your business."
"Dylan," Mavis warned.
Dylan let out a huff. After all, having his arm broken by Nathaniel had left him with lingering resentment.
Nathaniel spoke sincerely, "I'm truly sorry for hurting you and breaking your arm that time. I heard you're studying finance. Why don't you intern at the Nicholls Group?"
"No, thank you."
"When you start looking for internships and face rejection everywhere, you'll realize what a valuable opportunity it is to come to the Nicholls Group and have a mentor to help you improve your skills."
Dylan turned his face away, scoffing.
Nathaniel understood that Dylan had not let go of his grudge. "It's okay. As your brother-in-law, this opportunity will always be open to you. You can come to the Nicholls Group anytime you want."
"Don't think you can bribe me with an internship offer and expect me to be nice to you," Dylan retorted.
Nathaniel chuckled. "You're Mae's little brother. You never need to do that. I should be the one trying to win you over. In the future, please put in a good word for me with Mae. By the way, are you still living in the dorms at school? I have an empty three-story townhouse on Cornelia Street. When you graduate, I'll give it to you as a gift."
Dylan's eyes widened. "Cornelia Street is prime real estate! The housing prices there are insane, and it's a townhouse too. You're just going to give me such an expensive house?"
Realizing his reaction was a bit too enthusiastic, he cleared his throat and tried to look unimpressed. "Don't assume I actually want your house. It's probably like doing charity for you, and I don't need it."
"This isn't charity. It's a gesture of goodwill," Nathaniel replied, pulling out a set of car keys. "I don't know if you like sports cars, but once your hand heals, you're welcome to drive any of my cars."
Dylan glanced at the keys, recognizing the logo of a luxury sports car brand. It would be a lie to say he was not tempted. After all, no man could resist a sports car, and this particular brand was his dream car.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
